As a kid growing up in Brooklyn, I always had a fascination with Colorado. Nearly forty years later, I still find myself on Shadow Mountain Drive, living in my house that was built in 1935. My husband and I raised our two daughters here and we never stopped appreciating the environmental beauty of our community.
Now, as the Co-Chair of Stop Full Send Bike Ranch, I am fighting to preserve the safety of my neighborhood because although a scenic road, Shadow Mountain has never been a safe road. The proposal of FSBR will be a detriment
to our community’s safety, as our road
will not be able to handle the increase in traffic. Like the legacy of my historical house, surrounded by magnificent wildlife, I stand organized and united to fight for my community against the significant effects FSBR will have on our environment and safety.
